Molly grew up on the westside of Santa Cruz, and learned to swim through years of little guards, swim team and water polo. She spent her early 20s teaching swim lessons- and is excited to be back in the pool after years off exploring other passions. Teaching swimming has always felt like a calling to Molly. She has built a photography business in the last decade – which is still how she spends her weekends. She loves living in Felton and spends as much time in the river and redwood trails as possible.āÆ

Hi there! My name is Randee, and Iām a local of the Bay Area, currently living in Santa Cruz. I have always been passionate about swimming since I was a toddler, and I swam competitively throughout high school.
I find satisfaction in ensuring my students feel confident in themselves in and out of the water, while also demonstrating water safety. I will be a recent graduate from UCSC looking to give back to my community. I have previously worked as a swim instructor for the YMCA, and I am very excited to work with Little Fish Swim School!

With over 20 years of experience teaching kids the art of swimming, my journey as a swimming coach began as a heartfelt side hustle fueled by a deep passion for both the sport and nurturing young minds. Combining my expertise as a child development facilitator, Iāve discovered the profound joy of connecting with children on an emotional level, understanding their fears, dreams, and triumphs. For me, swimming is more than a skillāitās a transformative experience that builds confidence, resilience, and joy.Ā
